Bilger was a dim-witted stoat member of Vizka Longtooth's searaiding crew. He participated in a few battles including the Battle of the Plateau and was one of the five Sea Raiders Vizka was going to run away with. However, after the callous murders of Glurma and Jungo, Bilger and the others fled from Vizka.
