Boggs was a keen-eyed ferret and the lookout aboard the Seascarab.

At the treaty between Badrang the Tyrant and Tramun Clogg, Boggs' captain, Boggs acted as witness for the Seascarab corsairs.

Boggs was also among the crew when they joined Badrang's horde, and he became a lookout at Fort Marshank as well as a Captain. He was killed at the Battle of Marshank.
