Brother Barlom was the grandson of Timballisto and Recorder and Gatekeeper of Redwall Abbey during the time of Abbess Meriam. Barlom was friends with Togget, who often brought him food, and with Sumin.
He chronicled the tale of Bryony regarding Veil Sixclaw.
