This is a list of all known Abbesses and Abbots of Redwall Abbey. Any kind-hearted creature with a good sense of duty and responsibility can become Redwall's leader, if elected by fellow Abbeybeasts or selected by Martin the Warrior. Traditionally, the ruler of Redwall is a mouse; however, squirrels, hedgehogs, a dormouse, and an otter have also held the position.
