Cludd was a male weasel captain of the guard in the Thousand Eye Army at Kotir. His main weapon was a spear, as was most of the soldiers in the army.
Cludd was a slow-witted bully, and he was not well respected as a leader, but he did capture Ferdy and Coggs Stickle, as well as reveal Mask's escape. After catching up with the escapees that Mask helped, Cludd was killed by Skipper Warthorn, satisfying the otter's desire for justice. Cludd was thrown by the otter onto some double-sided otter javelins that were stuck in the ground, the tips skewered the weasel.
