The Coneslingers were a squirrel tribe that lived in the pinegroves near the coast. They used pine cones in slings to throw upon their enemies. Whurp was the Chieftain of the Coneslingers, and with his squirrels helped Triss and Shogg escape from Princess Kurda and her Ratguards.
