Eulalia (pronounced YOO-LAY-LEE-AHH) is the traditional warcry of badgers and hares throughout the Redwall series. Often this applies to Salamandastron badger lords, as well as the Long Patrol. The correct phonetic pronunciation of the word comes from Boorab the Fool, in Ch. 36 of Taggerung. It can be found at the beginning of Ch. 30 in Salamandastron as well. One can also hear Brian Jacques yell the cry below.

The term is supposively derived from an ancient Norse or Celtic word meaning "victory".
