Foulscale was a weasel crew member of the Goreleech. The Sea Rogue was only mentioned twice, and neither gives much of a reference. Hence, Foulscale is a minor character.

The first mention of Foulscale is during the trial for theivery. A belt with a green stone around a brass buckle was found by his bunk. Another vermin knew the belt to be his, and Foulscale was given twenty lashes, administered by Parug and Bullflay.

We also know that he was present during one of the frequent discussions among the lower deck. The crew of the Goreleech was discussing why the ship was in such cold climates. The ferret Akkla gave the obvious answer (treasure), and the crew began discussing different aspects of the voyage. The conversation ended when Foulscale relieved Ringpatch on watch.
