Gingivere's farm is located in southeastern Mossflower Woods, and stands by the River Moss near the Quarry. During the time he acquired it, the farm was used as a secret hideout for woodlanders fighting Tsarmina Greeneyes, as it was too far away for her to find it. It can be assumed that Gingivere and his wife Sandingomm passed this farm down to their kin, as Squire Julian Gingivere resided on it many seasons later.

Julian lived in the barn with his friend Captain Snow before he ejected the owl after a fierce quarrel. Eventually the two former friends apologized and lived together in the barn once more.
