Gurbee was a happy mole resident of Redwall Abbey and helper in the Kitchen. A bankvole kitchen helper made salad for a picnic to celebrate the progress of the Abbey construction and Gurbee added the required fennel. Gurbee was a minor character and not much else is known about him.
