High Queen Rhulain Wildlough was the original High Rhulain of Green Isle. She was the sister of Corriam Wildlough and the ancestor of Banjon Wildlough and Tiria Wildlough.

When her ship crashed against rocks in the sea after being pursued by wildcats, near the mountain of Salamandastron, the cats swarmed aboard and killed her.

She appeared alongside Martin the Warrior in Tiria's dreams as a cloaked figure, telling riddles to the young ottermaid.
