Hullabaloo is a feast of the otters that takes place every fourth summer. All otters follow the streams and rivers to the shore of a great sea and have fun dancing, swimming in the sea, singing and lighting bonfires (and of course reuniting with old friends and making new ones). Hullabaloo can last until the autumn.
There was a Hullabaloo being celebrated during the events of Taggerung, so all of the Redwall Abbey otters were gone.
