Log-a-Log was chief of the Guosim in Mossflower Woods, and father of Plogg and Welko. He was good friends with Martin II of Redwall Abbey and Skipper.
On more than one occassion, Log-a-Log and his tribe assisted Grath Longfletch with boat repairs. He grew to care for her like an adopted daughter.
