Perrit was a pretty Redwall Abbey squirrel maid who later became the mate of Dwink and the mother of Mittee. She was a kitchen helper. As a young squirrel, Perrit helped greatly in the search for the missing eyes of the Great Doomwyte Idol. She was good friends with Dwink, the squirrel and Bisky, the mouse. Not much is known of her family. After the battle on Korvus Skurr's hill, Abbot Glisam confided his trust in her, and made her Abbess.
