Rawback was a stoat from the Juskarath clan. He was in charge of the Juskarath while Sawney and six others killed Rillflag and took Deyna. He was one of the vermin that went with Gruven Zann to hunt down the Taggerung. He seemed to have a talent for cooking. Later, Gruven tricked Rawback into falling in a swamp, but he survived by grabbing onto a tree branch and by eating bugs and frogs, causing him later to go crazy. The Juskabor found him while they were looking for Deyna's body. According to one of Gruven's guards, that meant they now had two crazy stoats. Rawback told them what he knew, and they let him join their tribe.
