Regina Woodworthy was a girl from the small village of Chapelvale. She would constantly harass younger children, and she frequently bothered Alex and Amelia Somers. She was second-in-command of the Grange Gang as well.

Regina first met Ben and Ned at the house of Winifred Winn. While the gang was throwing compost at the house, Ned came and scared them away. Regina showed up in all of Will's further attempts to harass the two. At the library, she was immobilized by Ben's use of a pressure point.
