Riggan was the slave catcher in the Ratguard. She was taken along by Princess Kurda to help capture Triss. Riggan was an excellent tracker. She had a keen sense of smell. While tracking Trisscar Swordmaid and Shogg, they were attacked by the Coneslingers. She often gave Kurda useful information and was a wise counselor. Kurda would always listen to what she had to say, but would always act scornful to her. After the battle at Brockhall, only she and Vorto were left with Kurda. She was killed by Log-a-Log Groo.
