Sayna was the wife of Luke the Warrior, mother of Martin the Warrior, daughter of Windred, and daughter-in-law of Martin the Elder Warrior. She was born in St. Ninian's in Mossflower Woods. She and her husband lived there until driven out by Lord Verdauga Greeneyes.

When Sea Rogues attacked the caves of Luke's tribe, Sayna tried to protect herself and her son with a stick, but was killed by Vilu Daskar.

The ship Sayna was named in her memory by Martin the Warrior.
