Scratt was a male weasel, who was a soldier in the Thousand Eye Army and served under Cludd. He, along with Brogg and Fortunata, was sent to bring The Gloomer from Kotir to the River Moss. Scratt, as most members of Tsarmina Greeneyes's army, was fairly lazy and cowardly and often complained of following orders he did not understand or resented.
