Shilly was a female squirrel Dibbun, friend of Muggum and Yooch. She was a translator for Buffle the shrew and she and Muggum won the Wall Race in the grass course. She, Yooch and Muggum also took part to the sport contest and together they tried to get the bag of candied chestnuts from the top of the greased pole.
