Skipper was the otter leader of Redwall Abbey. He had a patch over his right eye but could see very well with the left. Skipper managed to save the day during the preparation of the Great Feast by catching a lose barrel of strawberry fizz which had fallen out of control.

Skipper and his otter troop also prepared a huge caldron of Hotroot soup from an old recipe and made it extra hot by adding more hotroot pepper.

Riverjack was an otter in his crew.
