Spike Stickle was a young male hedgehog who was the brother of Ferdy, Coggs, and Posy. He was the son of Ben and Goody Stickle. Spike and his sister Posy were very fond of Skipper Warthorn's brother, Riverwyte.

Spike and Posy occasionally masqueraded as their brothers in order to fool Tsarmina Greeneyes.

Strangely, he did not make a reappearance in The Legend of Luke.
