I think Bella is older than Lady Cregga, afterall, she was already said to be old when we read about her in the book [[Mossflower]], and she was still alive at the time of Gonff's grandson and son. Cregga was described as being in her middle-ages while she ruled Salamandastrom, although she survived four or five generations after.
