I don't recall Cynthia Bankvole mentioned as Rollo's sister. Although possible, it seems more likely that Cynthia was an orphan who came to Redwall in need of help like Matthias. I found it funny that I was just thinking about this topic as I came across it. Anyways, I do think Cynthia and Rollo are siblings but only because of the last name.
