- Definitely grey. He's not a goodbeast, and he's not even friendly to the goodbeasts. He even says that his entire purpose in helping them is simply to be able to get at Urgan Naguru and his horde vermins' throats.

Yes, I believe he did threaten to kill Meldrum while they were locked in one of Castle Floret's towers. This was brought on by the hare's calling him a 'feather bag' if I recall correctly, but I'm not sure this fully justifies him. I can't remember if he threatened anyone else, but he may have. However I think it was just Meldrum.
