Does the book really state that Lord Mandoral Highpeak was given the directions on how to construct the High Rhulain's armor, i believe it said that he wondered how it was constructed and what metals were used in its forging. It also said that Urthwyte was the one to complete the armor and that the Kilt was tailored by the regimental tailors and the sling was done by Lord Mandoral, not the armor.
