The Redwall Experience
When the Redwall Wiki received our advance copy of The Sable Quean last July, one of the more interesting things we noticed in the marketing text was that Penguin had plans for the "launch of [an] interactive website with webisodes, a new Redwall game every month, a Redwall community, author videos, and quizzes."
Penguin has officially launched that new website, called The Redwall Experience, and to my complete (and pleasant) surprise, they also featured a link to the Redwall Wiki on their entrance page! Thanks Penguin!
Currently, the website features a blog, a brief biography of Brian Jacques, and an interactive flash sequence that allows you to view the new editions of Redwall, Mossflower, Mattimeo, Salamandastron, Martin the Warrior, and The Bellmaker in 3D. The flash display also has a plot synopsis and text excerpt from each book.
Check it out, I'm sure even more exciting things will start popping up as The Sable Quean release day, February 23, 2010, draws closer.
