Viglo was a feral-cat catguard in the army of Riggu Felis. Viglo and other feral cats attacked Brantalis Skyfurrow with arrows under the command of Scaut. His/her tail was smashed by one of Leatho Shellhound's slingstones. Viglo was a minor character; little else is known.
