Whulky was the older friend of Chab, a resident of Green Isle, and a member of the Wildlough clan. He was captured by Riggu Felis and used as a slave, but was freed by Lorgo Galedeep and Banya Streamdog. Whulky was later appointed a Water Bailiff for Tiria Wildlough.
