Wigga was a hulking young ferret, and a member of Snaggs' Gang. He was charged with keeping an eye on Uggo Wiltud and Posybud, when Snaggs ordered the pair to fish for the gang's breakfast. When the prisoners sailed off with help from Jum Gurdy and the Whoomers, Wigga went after them, swimming out to sea in their wake. He was a good swimmer for a ferret, but was no match for the Whoomers, who promptly drowned him. He was a minor character; nothing else is known about him.
