Wullger was the male otter Gatekeeper of Redwall Abbey. He resided in the Gatehouse with the Recorder, Rollo.

He went with Martin II, Foremole, Rollo, Abbot Durral, and Friar Higgle Stump to investigate the skeleton of Graylunk that Tansy and Arven had found in Mossflower Woods.
