A colossal, tremendously powerful male weasel, Wurgg the Spinecracker was the bodyguard of Bowfleg the Warlord. Although he rarely spoke, Wurgg was a formidable creature, capable of lifting Bowfleg's ponderous throne (with the corpulent ferret seated upon it) with "no sign of strain or effort." This was apparently only one of his countless feats of strength, for, according to Bowfleg, throughout his career he had slain "many many beasts." In spite of the fact that no definitive size comparisons are given, it is possible that this giant weasel would have been a match for the massive Badger Lord Sunflash the Mace.
Wurgg finally succumbed to the treachery of Swartt Sixclaw, dying alongside his master after drinking from a wine chalice layered with lethal toxin.
